Gianfilippo Mignogna (Milan, 1978), a lawyer specializing in environmental law, has been Mayor of Biccari (FG) since 2009, now in his third mandate.
During his mandate, Biccari has distinguished himself for the development of tourism and for his ability to activate innovative policies.
He has also received numerous awards including the Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club, entry into the list of Authentic Villages of Italy and recently, the title of Municipality Friend of Itinerant Tourism.
On a personal basis, he has received several awards including, a few months ago, the national Re Manfredi award for his contribution to the development of tourism in the Dauni Mountains.
