Tourism must be included in the overall urban innovation strategies in all respects. Tourists are temporary city users who produce permanent impacts and effects, from mobility to culture, from urban regeneration to the identity of cities.
The strategic objectives in view of the SDGs can only be achieved via the active involvement of stakeholders and citizens, permanent or temporary, using digital innovation to make cities adaptive interfaces, which change and breathe following the breathing of their citizens.
