DTC Tips: how food and wine tourism can import digital methods and innovations from big brands

The DTC, direct to consumer, is a highly effective tool but, in Italy, one that is still used very little, even in the evolved world of wine.

The objective of this toolbox is to analyze how the big international brands are evolving in their relationship with consumers in physical and online stores.

After a brief analysis of the method (from Nike to Apple, to Lavazza) we will talk about food and wine tourism through advice and activities that can easily be implemented even by small companies and small producers.
