Italian food and wine tourism: trends in organized tourism

There is strong interest from the international brokerage market in Italian food and wine.

This is what emerges from a new study by ENIT (National Italian Tourism Agency) and ISNART (National Institute for Tourism Research), carried out between July and September 2022 on a sample of 45 tour operators who market the food and wine production for destinations in Italy.

In this speech, we will find out about and comment on all the details of the study, from the Italian regions with the greatest appeal to the markets of origin most interested in packages and in the organized food and wine offer.
