After studying in Switzerland at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, she worked abroad and then returned to Italy, holding various managerial roles for over 25 years.
From the very beginning, her main focus has been on improving operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. And technological innovation is one of her greatest allies.
The pandemic has revealed to the world the fragility of the sector and the pitfalls of an excessively conservative mentality, which she has always distanced herself from. She then decided to leave the hotel business and devote herself to strategic consultancy in the area most dear to her, digital transformation.
