I have been working in tourism since 2003. I have always been involved in human resources and management of the work process, from selection, to training, trade union relations, career paths and certification of skills.
I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to innovate the organizational models through the growth of talents and the integration of skills. I work on projects. My goal, for the next three years, is to study trends, enhance talents and understand young people so as to bring innovation to the world of work by anticipating trends. I am currently Director of Personnel in an open-air tourism company with 1900 employees in Italy and Europe.
