Lecturer and consultant, she deals with innovation and digital marketing strategies applied to tourism.
At BTO she is the Scientific Coordinator for food and wine tourism as well as the Communications Coordinator.
As former Marketing and Communications Director of ENIT, she contributed to the drafting of the Strategic Plan for the Digitization of Italian Tourism (TDlab, Mibact, 2014).
She teaches at the Catholic University of Milan and at the University of Genoa. She collaborates with various Italian DMOs, consortia, associations, and companies.
As an expert in social media and tourism, she created the Ne[x]t Tourism model to build projects that link online and offline strategies. Hence the Telegram channel of the same name, a tool for always being informed on research, trends, markets, and various bits of news.
Since 2009 she has been a member of the scientific committee of BTO – Be Travel Onlife and since 2018 she has been the scientific director of the Food & Wine Tourism Forum.
She graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce and is a founding member of the Copernicani association which promotes the culture of innovation.
