The development of digital technologies is redefining value chains, distribution processes, sales models and dynamics of consumption. This is associated with the way that consumers are more and more attentive to using sustainable products and services. The role and responsibility of public and private operators, from strategy to communication, are issues that are becoming more and more crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promoting the development of sustainable supply chains is one of the challenges that both the agri-food and tourism sectors are called upon to come to terms with. However, in order to seize all the opportunities of the ongoing digital transformation process, it is essential to understand the phenomenon of digital sustainability in the way Italians perceive it in relation to the dynamics of the world of communication and information, which assumes a particularly important function with respect to these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>What do consumers want and expect?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do consumers perceive the role of digital as a tool for sustainability in the sectors in question?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital innovation as a support to traceability, food quality and tourism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The role of information in supply chains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be talking about all of this in the speech with prof.
