I have been working in tourism since 2003. I have always been involved in human resources and management of the work process, from selection, to training, trade union relations, career paths and certification of skills.<\/p>\n

I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to innovate the organizational models through the growth of talents and the integration of skills. I work on projects. <\/span>My goal, for the next three years, is to study trends, enhance talents and understand young people so as to bring innovation to the world of work by anticipating trends.
