Tracy was born in Manchester and Moved to Hong Kong at the age of 19, Tracy has a “can do” attitude and her motto is ” if you don’t ask you don’t get”
VRHTI VR & Metaverse was born out of necessity to ease Pain Points for the hospitality sector:
a. Constant staff turnover – Immigration policies and cost of living cause staff to constantly change jobs.
b. Retraining cost impact – this cost the operator time and money in retraining to match their operating environment.
c. Profit impact on increasing costs with limited revenue growth opportunities. – Staff turnover requires retraining from top down which costs the operator double head count costs.
d. ESG compliance costs with focus only on carbon footprint.
Tracy is known as a social and commercial entrepreneur. Starting Passport to Success Myanmar – Hospitality Training and VRHTI were born out of passion to make a difference to the people in Myanmar, to enhance their employability and prepare them for incoming international tourists.
The Virtual Hotel, for 4 years Tracy has been working in VR and the Metaverse, creating the first Virtual Hotel Training Facility training over 3000 associates
